What is old is new for the West Hills Recreation Commission. Though the name has changed the mission hasn’t. The WHRC provides recreational oppritunities to residents. WHRC manages the five recreational facilities in Upper Yoder Township and Westmont Borough; The Ridge, The Grove, Elim Street Playground, Engh Field & The Mound.
The West Hills Recreation Commission has kicked off a capital fundraising campaign to complete some much needed upgrades at all five facilities. Become a part of our history and get involved call 814-539-1877.
